Shipping & Delivery

  • Freight shipments may require additional accessorial charges (e.g., residential delivery, liftgate).

  • Dakota is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier pickup.

Returns & Refunds

All returns are governed by Dakota’s Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

  • Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable

  • Installed, custom, clearance, and freight-quote orders are final sale

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
